On this February 6, the ammunition elevator of the NMM moved to the ammunition bunker.
Brothers v.d. Putten was there again to do this job for us.

Placement of fire doors
Last month Metaglas installed 2 fire doors in the ammunition bunker. This is one of the necessary measures to be able to exhibit museum pieces in the ammunition bunker and thereby guarantee the fire safety of visitors and volunteers.

Glass walls in the audit office
Despite these times of corona in which we cannot receive visitors, work on the museum continues.
This week, glass partition walls were installed by the company Metaglas. With this, the calculators are safely behind glass.

After the installation of the plastic plates on the underside of the roof, it was now the turn of the inside of the roof.
Pluimers Isolatie has provided the inside of the roof with insulation.
With this we hope to prevent condensation from moisture.
